When you begin selling on Printerval, it is important to understand the various fees that apply to your store. These include listing fees, transaction fees, and advertising costs, among others. Understanding how each fee works will help you manage your finances and plan for success. We will explain each fee type so that you have a clear understanding of what to expect as you run your business.

Listing Fees

When you add a product to your store, we call this a listing. Listing fees are the fees you pay to list products for sale on Printerval. You’ll be charged a listing fee for each individual listing you post.

As a seller:

  • You’ll be charged $0.01 per listing, whether it is active or pending.
  • The fee must be paid regardless of resulting sales.
  • The fee is automatically added to your payment account when you publish an item.

* This applies to custom listings as well. Custom listing fees also cost the $0.01 USD standard fee. This will apply to products created in the Customization section as well.

Transaction Fees

Transaction fees are the fees Printerval collects when a customer makes a purchase from your shop. Unlike listing fees, transaction fees are only collected on listings that sell.

Transaction Fee Details:

  • Printerval charges 6.0% of the total order amount in your designated listing currency.
  • This fee applies to the total cost of the item, along with shipping fees (if applicable).
  • You can view these charges itemized separately in your Payment account.
  • If your listing currency and payment account currency differ, the fee will be converted at the market exchange rate.

Advertising Fees

Printerval offers two types of ads to help promote your products: Onsite Ads and Offsite Ads. These ads come with additional fees depending on the type you choose.

  • Onsite Ads:
    • $0.05 – $0.50 (Cost Per Click – CPC)
    • $1 – $3 (Cost Per Mille – CPM, the cost per 1,000 impressions)
  • Offsite Ads:
    • 10% of the total sale price (charged if a customer purchases through an offsite advertisement)

Currency Conversion Fees

If the currency you are paid in (which depends on the region where you have created your product) is different from the currency of your payment account, you will incur a 2.5% currency conversion fee on the total sale amount. This fee will be deducted before the funds from your sale are deposited into your payment account.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are set by you, the seller. You have full control over how to handle shipping, including choosing your preferred carriers and setting prices for different regions.

  • How it works: You’ll work directly with shipping companies to determine rates and delivery options.
  • You can decide to offer free shipping, charge a flat rate, or calculate shipping based on the buyer’s location.
  • You’re responsible for managing all communication and arrangements with the shipping providers you choose.
